Hannah Liska Womack


Colonneh Lodge

Vigil Honor

Hannah Liska Womack is an Eagle Scout from the inaugural class of female Eagle Scouts and one of the first female youth Vigil Honor members of Colonneh Lodge, Sam Houston Area Council. She served two terms as a lodge vice chief in 2020 and 2021 and Section Secretary in 2022-2023. A recipient of the James E. West Award, the Numbered Certificate, the Founders Award and the Colonneh Lodge Leadership awaard, Hannah participated in NYLT, NAYLE, NLS, and now serves as a trainer for NLS. She was an attendee of the 2017 National Jamboree, the 2018 Venturing Fest, and the 2019 World Scouting Jamboree and a staff member of the 2013 National Jamboree. Hannah remains very active at her lodge while attending Sam Houston State University as a senior studying for a degree in Political Science (Pre-Law.) Her favorite color is orange (Go Bearkats!) and when she isn’t at a Scouting event she can be found studying or playing D&D with friends.

Caleb Quarto


Whinipa Hinsa Lodge

Vigil Honor

Caleb is an Eagle Scout and Vigil Honor member of Whinipa Hinsa Lodge, Bay Area Council where he formerly served as Lodge Chief. An active Sea Scout from Ship 468, Caleb is working towards the rank of Quartermaster as well as his Venturing Summit. With a long and varied scouting career, Caleb holds the record for attending NLS (7 times!), He has participated and staffed NYLT and graduated the 2022 Sea Scout SEAL program with outstanding marks. Caleb is a freshman at San Jacinto College and has started the gaming and esports program at SJC while working to build up his own e-sports organization! His favorite color is a classic Sea Scout blue and he spends his free time with his cat Finn or adventuring with friends.

JP Pinterelli


Colonneh Lodge

Vigil Honor

Joseph (JP) Pinteralli is an Eagle Scout, Sea Scout and Vigil Honor member from Colonneh Lodge, Sam Houston Area Council. JP recently wrapped his year long term as the 2023 Colonneh Lodge Chief. He previously served the Lodge as the Elangomat Chaiman in 2021 and Vice Chief of Operations in 2022. JP was honored as a recipent of the Numbered Certificate, 2023 Colonneh Lodge Leadership Award, Founders Award and the 20222 SHAC Sea Scout Leadership Award. He has participated in many of Sam Houston Area Council’s events including NYLT, Venturing Challenge and Sea Scout Spring Long Cruise. When JP is not particppateing in Scouting events he enjoys hanging out with friends. He is a sophomore at Texas State University and studies Mechanical Engineering Technologies.

Jason Riley


Tonkawa Lodge

Vigil Honor

Jason Riley has been involved in the Scouting program since he was a Tiger Cub at age 7. He is currently a member of Tonkawa Lodge, Capitol Area Council in Austin, TX. Jason is a Vigil Honor member of the OA, Eagle Scout, Silver Beaver and Founder’s Award recipient. Jason has also received the Distinguished Service Award from the Order of the Arrow.

In addition to serving as Section Adviser, Jason is the National OA Training Chairman. He has been actively involved in expanding the OA training programs including numerous NOAC trainings, Momentum Launch in 2020, the NCOC, Philmont in 2021, ArrowTour, NEXT in 2016, and he lead the National Leadership Seminar (NLS) rewrite effort in 2017. Jason previously served as a Vice-Chairman for the Southern Region OA committee for a number of years and prior to that, was the NLS coordinator for the Southern Region. Outside of Scouting, Jason is Director for Talent Acquisition for an engineering firm and enjoys global travel, food from around the world and BBQ when time allows.
